How do I choose between treatments for recurrent bladder cancer?

My bladder cancer has come back and I'm looking at different treatment options. My oncologist mentioned several possibilities including continued monitoring with regular check-ups, immunotherapy like BCG (bacillus Calmette-Guérin) that goes directly into the bladder, chemotherapy medications also placed in the bladder, bladder removal surgery, or clinical trials for newer treatments.
