Has anyone had issues with their adrenal glands producing cortisol due to being on Padcev and/or Keytruda?

Adrenal gland issues, including problems with cortisol production, can occur with immunotherapy treatments like Keytruda, though it's less commonly reported with Padcev. This is definitely something worth discussing with your oncology team, as they can run tests to check your adrenal function and provide guidance on managing any hormone-related side effects you might be experiencing.

I just completed my 4th cycle of keytruda/padcev. I had some pain in my hips and shoulders. It seems to be a recurrence of polymyalgia that I had a few years ago. A short course of prednisone solved the problem last month. Then, it recurred, so i'm on low dose prednisone again for 4 weeks. That's working for now.

My issue was severe fatigue, lightheadedness, passing out, and no appetite and fast weight loss. Taking hydrocortisone now and seems to be alleviating the problem. I have an appointment to see an endocrinologist as well for further diagnosis.
