Has anyone done Zometa infusions with long-term anastrozole?

I am with zometa 3 years ago

I take Letrozole to inhibit estrogen so I do zometa infusions every 6 months since I have osteopenia.

I started zometa monthly in January 2026 after 12 treatments I will go to 4 tx a year then 2 tx a year I assume that will be ongoing.

That is much more than I am doing at age 77. The medical oncologist told me to schedule Zometa infusions only twice a year and to continue taking calcium supplements daily 1200 mg calcium w/D3.
