How do I move forward after EGFR+ NSCLC progression?

18 days agoJust learned that after 20+ months of stability on pemetrexed and amivantamab, the [I refuse to say my] EGFR+ NSCLC has progressed. I read that it is inevitable that this cancer will develop resistance. Will meet with oncologist next week. Tumor burden is still pretty low although first disease outside of thorax documented. I'm OK, but not great. And blessed/glad this is now and not 10 years ago when treatment options were many fewer. But, damn anyway.
