a month agoStage 4 Metastatic Prostate Cancer. Year four of a 5-10 diagnosis. I’m doing ADT and Leuprolide quarterly infusions. Pretty darn successful!! Smile. I’ve read about Enzalutamide. My Oncologist said his recommendation is to continue present treatment, because it’s working. Anybody have personally experience with this? So curious…..

It's wonderful to hear that your current treatment plan is working so well after four years! Many community members have shared their experiences with different treatment options, including Enzalutamide, and it sounds like you have a thoughtful oncologist who's considering what's best for your specific situation. Others here may be able to share their personal experiences with this medication to help inform your understanding, though every patient's journey is unique.

5 days agoStay with what works til it doesn’t. I was on laypeople until it created excessively high blood pressure. Then I switched to Orgovix. Whatever you are on , check the side effects. I have them all. But I suppose it’s better than not treating it.
