CDK4/6 inhibitors with hormone therapy for HR+ metastatic breast cancer?

I have HR-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer and I'm currently on first-line treatment with fulvestrant alone. I recently learned about CDK4/6 inhibitors like palbociclib, ribociclib, and abemaciclib being combined with hormone therapy for my type of cancer. My oncologist and I may discuss these combinations for future treatment options if my current therapy needs adjustment. I'd love to connect with others who have a similar diagnosis and have experience with CDK4/6 inhibitor combinations. • If you've used a CDK4/6 inhibitor with hormone therapy, what was your experience like day to day? • What do you wish you had known before starting combination treatment? Thank you for sharing your experience and reaching out to connect with others in the community. CDK4/6 inhibitors combined with hormone therapy have become an important treatment option for HR-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer, and many community members have valuable insights to share about their day-to-day experiences with these combinations. Connecting with others who understand this journey can provide helpful perspectives as you and your oncologist consider future treatment options together.
