Has anyone experienced an allergic reaction to oxaliplatin?

Allergic reactions to oxaliplatin can happen and are definitely something worth discussing with others who may have had similar experiences. I just received my second chemo treatment 2 days ago. We discussed the cold sensitivity from this drug. I'm told it can build up over time and get worse. 1st time it only lasted a couple of days and not too uncomfortable. This time a little more harsh. My next treatment will be with a different, less effective drug, but fewer side effects.
