Hello, my name is Juanita but I go by Tina. I'm 48. I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer on June 18, 2026. My birthday was 6 days later. And I received the Whipple Procedure 2 weeks later, on July 8th. I was Stage 1B. I got my port 2 days ago and will start Chemo on the 1st. My Signatera test came back positive and I'm very emotional.

A positive Signatera test after surgery can understandably feel overwhelming, but it's important to remember that this test is designed to detect very small amounts of circulating tumor DNA that may not be visible on scans. The good news is that this information helps your medical team create the most effective treatment plan, and starting chemotherapy soon means you're taking proactive steps to address any remaining cancer cells.
