2 days agoMore great news today. I was diagnosed with Stage 3B NSCLC adenocarcinoma EGFR exon 19 deletion in Feb 2026. I had 7 weeks of chemoradiation which shrank the tumors. I had my first Signatera blood test in July, which was positive . I took the targetted drug Tagrisso for 65 doses before I had to stop due to pneumonitis. The repeat Signitera test taken this month came back NEGATIVE! there is no cancer DNA in my blood! Praise God!

2 days agoWhat wonderful news to share with the survivorship community. For anyone wondering how long Tagrisso (osimertinib) takes to work for EGFR-mutated NSCLC, the timeline is different for each person, and the care team usually tracks response with scans and blood tests, so it's a good question to ask them. Thank you for sharing this hopeful update, and feel free to tell the community what has helped you stay strong during recovery.
