How can I manage severe treatment flushing and sleep problems?

a month agoI’ve been in treatment for 8 years for sarcomatoid metastatic renal cell carcinoma. Have experienced side effects that my naturopathic has been able to neutralize except flushing. It has become severe and interrupting my sleep which leads to fatigue etc. Has anyone found something that works to help neutralize or slow it down? Need help!
